The Magnetic Field’s Distortion
Is there really such a thing as a positive distortion in its truest sense? Maybe yes. Through music, I guess.
The lo-fi music, the band’s signature style had been utterly exemplified in their 8th and latest studio album released just this month. All other superlatives that will describe their songs in their album include simplicity, cleverness and yes, distortion.
Good, direct and simple songwriting will always be The Magnetic Fields’ way of keeping listeners glued up to their players for a very long period of time. Their unfaltering magic since the 80’s is quite promising to heat up the charts.
