It seems like one of those things you either love or hate. Chris Cornell has temporarily left his comfort zone to explore songs outside his usual repertoire in Scream – much like his rendition of Michael Jackson’s Billy Jean – which is capped off by a collaboration with Timbaland, whom we all know, will not be seen dead hot wearing leather pants and boots to match.

Still, its really hard to say whether Chris pulls it of or he’s made a disaster of himself. After all, Timbaland and Chris Cornell? No one would have even imagined it possible. But at this point we say that there’s nothing bad with doing something different from time to time, we just hope that it won’t be something permanent. Chris Cornell is rock, and should always stay that way.

King has come up with another astonishing album “One Kind Favor”. The “King of the Blues”, now aged 76 continues to grace us with his music and the passion he brings to the industry. Light at his feet and heart, his age slips away and stands still when he plays his music. Many expect a man of his age to be lazin’ around and takin’ it easy, yet he is always eager to play, sharing his music to all who wish to music, on the street, sidewalk or where ever he may be, music is his life. Lucille, his trademark Gibson originals came to life in the most bizarre of ways. In 1950 the King was playing in a dance event in Arkansas when a fight broke up and started a fire that almost killed him. As with everybody else, he runs out (who wouldn’t) but finds he left his $30 acoustic guitar inside. His ever so loyal companion for many a years, he rushes back into the building and gets his guitar which he names “Lucille” after the lady who was the subject of the fight that started it all.
