This record will highly likely get stuck with the label “jazzy-house”. Don’t let that put you off while certainly jazz elements are here and this is a world away from yawn some coffee table fare. A new released on Perlon with a few singles is Soulphiction’s and while he’s not as fidgety as stereotypical artist Perlon.

All Time Top Albums
Who do not know Elvis Presley? Frank Sinatra? These artists were able to make a mark in the Music Industry. Even though they are already gone, their music especially their albums are still clicked in the market. Many people still wants to listen to their music over and over again. In fact, based on the Billboard charts, Frank Sinatra’s album was said to be the Greatest Gainer while Elvis Presley’s was said to be the Hot Shot. It is good that in www.billboard.com, you can buy their albums online and even ringtones for your cellphones.
These albums may not be the latest but these are considered the greatest.

Kelly Clarkson – All I Ever Wanted Album
Reviews form the many music sites are still trickling in but it seems the American Idol winner in 2002 has been the most successful one so far. her new and upcoming album is quite regular according to most with some songs from scrapped work of Katy Perry. She tried to woo fans with her last album “My December”, which she fought so hard to get out, only to end up losing fans instead of gaining more. She is criticized as a combination of Miley, Beyonce, and Britney and many more American characters who seem to feel unease with the attitude they display which their publicists and studios dictate and have to fill in or else.
The My December album was a flop that was criticized as an album that was too pressy but made her realize that not all artists should get down to actually writing their own songs hence risk failure which she has managed to accomplish. She is still loved by many as a product of the reality TV show that has broken the hearts of many just to get the final one who will be thrust into the world of music and life as a worker for the studio falling in line to the many who have gone before her, taking their place in the line of artists who are trying to get there.

One Kind Favor – B.B. King
One of the icons of the blues, B.B. King has come up with another astonishing album “One Kind Favor”. The “King of the Blues”, now aged 76 continues to grace us with his music and the passion he brings to the industry. Light at his feet and heart, his age slips away and stands still when he plays his music. Many expect a man of his age to be lazin’ around and takin’ it easy, yet he is always eager to play, sharing his music to all who wish to music, on the street, sidewalk or where ever he may be, music is his life.
Lucille, his trademark Gibson originals came to life in the most bizarre of ways. In 1950 the King was playing in a dance event in Arkansas when a fight broke up and started a fire that almost killed him. As with everybody else, he runs out (who wouldn’t) but finds he left his $30 acoustic guitar inside. His ever so loyal companion for many a years, he rushes back into the building and gets his guitar which he names “Lucille” after the lady who was the subject of the fight that started it all.

Nelly’s Brass Knuckles

Nelly’s 8th Studio Album named “Brass Knuckles” will be released this coming September 14, 2008 under the Universal Label. The first single released under the album was “Party People” where in Nelly collaborated with Fergie and included some hip- hop icons of this time in the music video. There is one track on the new Nelly album that doesn’t include cameos from such urban-music A-listers as T.I., Snoop Dogg, Usher and Fergie. As it happens, the sole solo cut is called “One and Only.” Taking into account that “Brass Knuckles” is the St. Louis rapper’s oft-delayed follow-up to 2004’s somewhat underwhelming “Sweat”/”Suit” project, critics might wonder if the sprawling guest list is an admission of fading commercial prowess. So, it’s to the MC’s credit that “Brass Knuckles” still feels like a party. Check out “Body on Me,” on which Akon and rumored girlfriend Ashanti surround Nelly’s verses with singsong melody, and “Let It Go,” where the headliner rides a funky Neptunes beat. Throughout, Nelly and his high-wattage pals throw down with abandonment, not angst.

Beyonce Knowles
Birthdays are really one special time of the year and for Beyonce Knowles, birthday is indeed great! In celebration of her 25th birthday, the singer made the year extra special by lunching her brand new album, entitled “B-Day”. But the question is, does B still have what it takes to keep her crown as R&B/Pop queen?
We’ve known her debut solo album “Dangerously In Love” to be a success and obviously, her second album is doing great especially with a single like Irreplaceable that is being played in radios worldwide and being sung by people, male or female alike.
Some other songs in the album include “De’ ja’ vu”, “Ring The Alarm”, “Get Me Bodied” and the bass heavy “Freakum Dress”.

THE UNBEATABLE (Part 2)
We have not yet encountered an artist or a band that could beat the phenomenon that Lennon, McCartney, Harrison and Starr attained long ago. They were decades—not years—and they are still the best. You’ll be even surprised that even a child of the present generation can sing a Beatle song.
I only find myself capable of putting their fame and their success into words, but not their indescribably remarkable music that was behind this raging fame and success. I can’t come up with a sentence, a phrase, a word that would define such far-fetched words and melody. To just end, they will be replaced with something better only when the meatball bounces.
